Appointment as professor in Osaka, Japan; Adolf Grimme Award for the tele-film Mack

After 27 years, again caused large-format paintings. The Municipal Art Museum Dusseldorf, is acquiring the ZERO room from documenta III in Kassel in 1964 with works by Mack, Piene and Uecker.
